Dr. Foster Campbell-McManus and her husband, Paul McManus, C.M.T. work together in their busy wellness center in Yuba City, California. They have integrated Touch for Health and Stress Defense Training into their practice and into a series of Achieving It! Seminars designed to achieve wellness and success, in whatever you determine it to be. The techniques in these seminars will enable you to achieve balance from your internal to your external environment.

"As we studied different disciplines we began to see that everything in the universe depends on balance and is affected by stress. We concentrated on techniques that balance the body and address all areas of the Triad of Health:

  • Structurally through Chiropractic and body work,
  • Nutritionally through diet and supplementation and
  • Emotionally through techniques that connect the mind with the body.

We realized that the environment we live and work in is as important as our internal environment and must be in balance for us to achieve harmony and well-being.

Our Stress Defense Trainings and Touch for Health Classes offer a strong foundation to expand your wellness plan. We believe that we are able to present a unique approach to these powerful wellness techniques."

Achieving Health Chiropractic & Wellness Center is a family oriented practice with patients ranging from three hours to ninety eight years old and consultations are always free.
