Touch for Health Kinesiology Course Outcomes

At the end of the Level I Touch for Health Synthesis, you will be able to:

  • understand the concept of energy in the body based on Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • prepare the person for accurate feedback from muscle monitoring
  • demonstrate proficiency in muscle monitoring
  • evaluate energy in the 14 major meridians
  • balance the person’s energy using the neurolymphatic, neurovascular, spinal reflexes. Meridian tracing, origins/insertions, biogenic food and Emotional Stress Release
  • relieve mental and emotional stress and tension through the ESR method
  • understand the importance of adding a goal to the 14 muscle balance
  • balance the energy of others who cannot be muscle tested-surrogate testing
  • gain benefits in co-ordination, vision, sensory input, posture and simple pain relief.

At the end of Level II of the TFHS, you will be able to:

  • balance a further 14 muscles using extra balancing methods
  • use circuit locating to find the priority balancing method
  • further use the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine for energy balancing including the Law of 5 Elements
  • enhance future performance using ESR
  • use muscle monitoring to identify sensitive foods and substances
  • use additional simple pain techniques
  • use specific integrating movements to improve co-ordination.

At the end of Level III of the TFHS, you will be able to:

  • balance a further 14 muscles using extra balancing methods including color and food
  • use the circuit retaining mode to facilitate easier energy corrections
  • gain benefits from balancing the muscles used in walking
  • defuse past trauma using ESR
  • relieve pain and tension using the principles of reactive muscles
  • relieve chronic pain.

At the end of Level IV of the TFHS, you will be able to:

  • balance 42 muscles either standing or lying using extra balancing methods including sound
  • relieve emotional and physical stress held in the posture
  • use the principles of Tibetan energy
  • understand the theory of Acupressure Holding Points
  • use a technique to relieve simple pain and handle jet lag
  • use the principles of reactive muscles to improve poor posture
  • have the prerequisite skills for more advanced kinesiology studies
  • have a demonstrable understanding of all of the course content
  • be able to demonstrate and apply, with the required competency and knowledge, all the techniques presented in the workshops have demonstrable ability to explain the concepts of TFH and teach others muscle monitoring.

The techniques taught in Touch for Health Levels and Courses are designed to work with energy and do not claim to treat named diseases. Muscle testing is used only to measure stress responses and anchor in changes and is not used to diagnose or perscribe.
